About the role
Naphtali leadership needs timely, understandable insight into program performance, hiring pipeline health, and operational throughput. We are hiring a Business Analytics Associate to translate business questions into KPI summaries and recommendations—working with Data Analytics on the numbers while owning the story for stakeholders. What you'll do: - Monitor KPIs across immigration intake, inquiry handling, job listings, and applicant flow - Prepare weekly and monthly summaries for leadership with trends, exceptions, and suggested follow-ups - Translate operational questions into measurable definitions with staff input - Present findings in concise written briefs and short review meetings - Coordinate with HR and Marketing on hiring and employer-brand metrics where relevant - Maintain a simple library of recurring leadership reports and commentary
Requirements
Must have: - OPT-eligible with authorization to work in the United States - Coursework or experience in business analytics, economics, operations, management, or a related field - Strong written communication and comfort interpreting charts and tables - Ability to work from approved data sources without improvising unsanctioned exports Nice to have: - Internship or project experience in consulting, program operations, or startup back-office roles - Familiarity with KPI design, funnel analysis, or basic forecasting concepts - SQL or BI skills (helpful but not required—this role emphasizes interpretation over pipeline building)
